Delivery
For orders within Australia, CALIBRE offers complimentary standard shipping (limited time offer). You can expect your order to arrive between 2-7 business days.
Express Shipping is available with a cost of $15, your order can be expected to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times are based on Metro area, please allow for an extra 1-2 business days for regional areas. You are welcome to visit the Australia Post website to see the expected delivery times to your postcode.
For security reasons, all online orders will require a signature upon delivery. We are not able to leave your delivery unattended, if you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left at your local post office for collection.
Orders are shipped through Australia Post e-parcel service.
CALIBRE online delivers internationally via DHL International Priority (or Express Worldwide).

Expect delivery within 2-5 working days depending upon your location. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.
Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. If your order is placed after 8am; it will likely be dispatched the next business day.
If you placed your order with express shipping, you can expect delivery in 1-2 business days into capital city metro areas. Please visit the Australia Post website to see expected delivery times to your postcode.
Domestic Orders:
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided by Australia Post at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
You will find the tracking number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.
We require a signature for all deliveries made. Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a notification card and your parcel with be left at your local post office for collection. Unfortunately, we are not able to redeliver your order. Uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse.
International Orders:
On dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your consignment (tracking) number. You may track your parcel with DHL on their website in your country. Please note that a signature is required on delivery.

Shipping fees for overseas does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is to be made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
