SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
**Please note due to Covid-19 restrictions impacting Australia Post’s operations in Victoria (which is where our online orders are dispatched from) we are experiencing delays in delivery of approximately 1 week.**
Australia Post has advised due to temporary staff reductions at their processing facilities, some items are being redirected to interstate sorting facilities to help ease delays (even for Melbourne deliveries).
We thank you for your patience until the restrictions are eased and the staffing at Australia Post’s Vic facilities are able to be increased.
All online orders require a signature on delivery. We are not able to leave your delivery unattended, if you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery the parcel will be left at your local post office for your collection.

- Delivery to Brisbane Metro is estimated to be within 3-5 business days
- Delivery to Perth Metro is estimated to be within 5-7 business days
- Delivery to Tasmania is estimated to be within 3-5 business days

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Melbourne based warehouse. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
It is important that you provide:
- Your email address
- Your mobile phone number to receive text notifications of delivery
- Full delivery address and if to a work address the Business Name.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the delivery of your order by using the TRACKING NUMBER provided by Australia Post at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.
Australia Post delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. We require a signature for all deliveries made. Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a notification card and your parcel with be left at your local post office for collection. Unfortunately we are not able to redeliver your order.
Uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse.

Expect delivery within 2-5 working days depending upon your location. These delivery times should be used as a guide only. Shipping fees for overseas does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is to be made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
