SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

For delivery of online store orders Calibre uses Australia Post eParcel. On dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your eParcel consignment number. You may track your parcel with Australia Post at www.auspost.com.au under 'Track my item' on the home page.

Please note your order must be signed for when delivered by AusPost.

To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office or to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.

It is very important that you provide a full delivery address and include the business name if applicable.

If there is no one available to sign for receipt of the goods when Australia Post attempts delivery, they will leave you a card directing you to your local Post Office. You will then be required to present the card, your ID and sign for the parcel at your local post office.

If delivery is to a PO Box: A card will be placed in your PO Box and you will be required to present this card and your ID at the post office, where you will sign for collection of your parcel.

Expect delivery within 2-7 working days. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Delivery for all Australian orders is a flat rate of $12.00 AUD per delivery. 

Calibre takes no responsibility for orders lost or damaged by Australia Post. Transit cover is available for purchase as part of your order. To select this option please tick the ‘Transit cover required' checkbox on your order. Transit cover is currently calculated at $1.50 per $100 value, with a maximum cover value of $5000. SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Calibre online delivers Internationally at a flat rate of $39 per delivery (ex GST). For delivery of online store orders Calibre uses FedEx. On dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your consignment number. You may track your parcel with FedEx at www.fedex.com under 'Track' on the home page. Please note that a signature is required on delivery.

Expect delivery within 2-10 working days depending upon your location. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Please note:
Shipping fees for overseas does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is to be made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
