what payment methods are accepted on the Calibre online store?
Calibre accepts payments for on line purchases via Visa card or Mastercard. Please note Calibre gift cards can not be used as a form of redemption when purchasing online.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.
WHAT GST/TAXES ARE APPLIED TO MY PURCHASE?
GST of 10% is included in the retail price shown.
The 10% GST will be deducted from your pricing if the goods are to be shipped outside Australia. As detailed in our shipping policy our prices do not include any of your local duties/fees applicable to the importation of garments into your country.
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Calibre. We want you to be able to order from calibre.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information passed from you to calibre.com.au. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Ensure that you have reviewed the estimated shipping times for your area and received a dispatch confirmation email from Calibre. You may track your parcel via the Australia Post E-Parcel system here. All you will need is the Consignment number which can be found on your dispatch confirmation email. CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Once you have submitted your order - our picking and packing process begins to make sure that we can get your order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to allow any further changes to already submitted orders.
CAN I INSURE MY PURCHASE?
Insurance is available for purchase at the Calibre online store. To add insurance to your order, select the insurance check box when finalising your order. Insurance rates are:
Transit cover is currently calculated at $1.50 per $100 value, with a maximum cover value of $5000.
