What Payment methods are accepted on the Calibre online store?

Calibre accepts payments for online purchases via Visa card, Mastercard or AMEX.

What Currency does the Calibre online store trade in?

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.

What GST/Taxes are applied to my purchase?

GST of 10% is included in the retail price shown for all Australia domestic orders.

International Orders:

As detailed in our shipping policy our prices do not include any of your local duties/fees applicable to the importation of garments into your country.


How secure is my personal information?

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Calibre. We want you to be able to order from calibre.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information passed from you to calibre.com.au. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

Ensure that you have reviewed the estimated shipping times for your area and received a dispatch confirmation email from Calibre. You may track your parcel via the Australia Post E-Parcel system here. All you will need is the Consignment number which can be found on your dispatch confirmation email. Can I change my online order after I have placed it?

Once you have submitted your order - our picking and packing process begins to make sure that we can get your order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to allow any further changes to already submitted orders.

How do exchanges work?

It is important to us at Calibre that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product purchased online please refer to our returns section here for information.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

You may check out as a guest or establish a Calibre customer account. You can easily set this up when you place your first order.

What size should I choose?

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Please got to the log in page here, enter the email address used to create the account, then click the reset password link. A new Password will be emailed to you.

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is an online service designed to make online shopping transactions safer by authenticating a cardholder’s identity at the time of purchase. This service is known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. A transaction using Verified by Visa/SecureCode will redirect cardholders to the website of their card issuing bank. The cardholder may then be requested by their bank to enter a password to be authenticated.
