You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the delivery of your order by using the TRACKING NUMBER provided by Toll Priority.
You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.
Toll Priority delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. We require a signature for all deliveries made. Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, Toll Priority will leave a notification card with a contact number. From there, you may contact Toll Priority to pick up your order from their depot or a nominated Toll Collection Point. Unfortunately we are not able to redeliver your order.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
Standard shipping for all Australian orders is currently free of charge.
Express Australian shipping is $12 for each order.
Please note: For Express Shipping, please note that this applies to only Metro areas.
For delivery of online store orders Calibre uses Toll Priority. On dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Toll Priority consignment number. You may track your parcel with Toll Priority at www.tollgroup.com under 'Track and Trace' on the home page.
Please note your order must be signed for when delivered by Toll Priority. We are unable to leave your order unattended.
To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office or to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.
It is very important that you provide a full delivery address and include the business name if applicable.
