You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the delivery of your order by using the TRACKING NUMBER provided by Australia Post.
You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.
The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a contact number.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
Standard shipping for all Australian orders is currently free of charge.
Express Australian shipping is $12 for each order.
Please note: For Express Shipping, please check the Australia post website to make sure your delivery address is in their Express Post Network.
For delivery of online store orders Calibre uses Australia Post eParcel. On dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your eParcel consignment number. You may track your parcel with Australia Post at www.auspost.com.au under 'Track my item' on the home page.
Please note your order must be signed for when delivered by AusPost.
To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office or to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.
It is very important that you provide a full delivery address and include the business name if applicable.
If there is no one available to sign for receipt of the goods when Australia Post attempts delivery, they will leave you a card directing you to your local Post Office. You will then be required to present the card, your ID and sign for the parcel at your local post office.
If delivery is to a PO Box: A card will be placed in your PO Box and you will be required to present this card and your ID at the post office, where you will sign for collection of your parcel.

Shipping fees for overseas does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is to be made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
